Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mailbox account you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
